  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after your payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • If there is a delay due to high order volume, pre-order items, or other factors, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Time and Estimated Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • United States, Canada, Europe: 8–15 business days
  • Asia, Middle East: 5–12 business days
  • South America, Africa: 15–25 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs inspection, public holidays, or courier delays, especially during busy seasons.

3. Shipping Methods

We work with reliable logistics providers, including DHL, FedEx, 4PX, YunExpress, and local courier services. The shipping method is automatically selected based on destination, weight, and delivery speed to ensure safe and efficient delivery of your order.

4. Shipping Fees

  • We offer free standard shipping for most small or medium-sized toy orders.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for oversized, heavy, or express shipments. All charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Tracking Your Order

You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at sandsofjoy@gmail.com.

6. Customs Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Sands of Joy is not responsible for any delays or fees caused by customs clearance.

If your package shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with your local courier or neighbors before contacting us for support.

8. Wrong Address or Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can:

  • Reship the order after receiving the correct address (additional fees may apply), or
  • Issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

9. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
