2. Shipping Time and Estimated Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Delivery time estimates are as follows:
- United States, Canada, Europe: 8–15 business days
- Asia, Middle East: 5–12 business days
- South America, Africa: 15–25 business days
Large toy sets or items requiring special packaging may take slightly longer to arrive.
3. Shipping Methods
We cooperate with trusted logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, 4PX, and local postal carriers depending on your location. The best method will be selected automatically to ensure safe and timely delivery.
4. Shipping Fees
- We offer free standard shipping on most regular-size toy orders.
- Oversized or heavier items may require an additional shipping fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
